Responsibilities

The Associate Information Technology (IT) Specialist coordinates between the company and external vendors and contractors about IT related infrastructure and development. This position performs IT operations, maintenance, resolves IT concerns, and advises personnel on how to resolve technical matters.

 

Essential Duties:

  • Work with Service Provider to maintain the network, IT equipment, or any additions to the network at various locations.
  • Distribute phones and laptops to employees and provide employee IT Onboarding
  • Install new hardware/software and troubleshoot any hardware or software
  • Coordinate the IT needs of remote employees, vendors, and
  • Work projects, deliverables, timelines under
  • Maintain inventory updates and
  • Ability to travel to different locations throughout the
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology preferred
  • One-two (1-2) years of experience with desktop support, customer service, network, and telephony support.

Salary Range for this position based on Education and Experience:

$29.00 - $32.00 / per hour
